If you experience any problems at all with your purchase or use of your digital download please email our Customer Services department with a brief explanation of your problem and we will try our best to sort it as soon as possible.

We may, at our discretion, grant free access to content as a gesture of goodwill.

The onus is on the purchaser to be aware of any limitations placed on downloads by their ISP or any limitations regarding dial-up connections which will not allow the downloading of large files. We cannot be held responsible for things which are outside of our control.
